The inspiration for this comes from various video installations I have seen through out the last few years,
while visiting various UK art galleries.

The experimental electronic approach to the making of the music that acompanies the video & the moving image, really interest me, some of the music is very minimal which is also something that appeals to me, I feel you can do so much with so little, certain sounds can throw out an emotional reaction or even bring to mind certain colours.

I visited the Whitworth in Manchester that's were I stumbled across a video instalation with a piece of music by Mica Levi called Interlude 2 which I though was really emotional & amazing.
& really worth a listen..

Rubicon is an imaginary planet, with a population that is part human & part alien, it has a religion that they all follow, Rubicon is the god, they drive around in liitle pod spacecrafts, the ocean is red, the sky is purple, the landscape is orange & the water is magenta, they are self sufficient, they are keen farmers, the 6 main colours are the colours of the flag, which are red, blue, green, orange, purple & magenta.
